Cystitis: Natural cures and remedies

Cystitis is an inflammation of the bladder that is very common among women. It is a very annoying disorder and is often also associated with pain in the pelvic area. It is almost always caused by uncontrolled bacterial proliferation also due to a weakened immune system as a result of an unhealthy diet and an unhealthy intestinal condition. This is why every time this annoying disorder occurs it would be advisable to regularize the intestine and change one’s diet in order to resolve all the related problems quickly. To obtain results in a very short time, a liquid fast, lasting for two or three days, would therefore be appropriate. We particularly recommend herbal teas made from echinacea, yarrow, burdock, St. John’s wort, hyssop and nettle. All these herbs have a powerful disinfectant and anti-inflammatory action on the urinary tract and are very effective in case of cystitis. You can also use a mixed herbal tea that includes all the herbs indicated above in order to make their action more concentrated and effective. In case of cystitis, garlic and onion  are also very usefulwhich are able to kill pathogenic bacteria and therefore act on the direct cause of the problem. More generally, it would be advisable to rebalance intestinal function and resort to a healthy diet (including fruit and vegetables in adequate quantities) to no longer incur this hateful disorder. It is also very important to drink a lot of water between meals to promote diuresis and therefore the purification of the entire organism. Small measures that however make the difference in the prevention of cystitis and all the problems associated with this disorder.
