Apple cider vinegar: Properties and benefits

Apple cider vinegar is a real concentrate of virtues for our body. First of all, it is very useful for the well-being of the intestine. It is in fact rich in prebiotic substances which promote the growth and development of the intestinal flora while preventing dangerous states of dysbiosis. It is therefore very useful for preventing and combating states of constipation that are very harmful to the health of our body (in particular also for the efficiency of our immune system which is mostly located in the intestine). It has proven anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiseptic properties and is very useful in all cases of inflammation of the oral cavity (in this case it is recommended to gargle with apple cider vinegar to solve the problem). It has a notable antioxidant action in our body thanks to its richness in vitamins (A, C and E) and mineral salts (magnesium, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, sodium, silicon, etc.) which make it an excellent tonic. It also has very useful alkalizing properties for maintaining a good acid-base balance in our body. It is also an exceptional natural cosmetic since it is able to fight the impurities of our skin and make it more toned and shiny. It can be applied, pure or diluted in water, on our face to make our skin more beautiful and sunny. It is also able to fight dandruff and make our hair stronger, beautiful and shiny. For all the reasons indicated above we should consume apple cider vinegar as much as possible in our diet.
